Job description

You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing chillers, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment supporting the FortWorth plant infrastructure.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for managing 24/7 operation of large chillers and boilers, directing hourly staff, and coordinating repairs with Plant Engineering.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Supervise scheduled employees and union/CBA members to ensure continuous operation of chillers, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with Plant Engineering and other support groups.

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, budget, and unioncontract requirements.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

  • Manage a 980 work schedule, providing coverage across all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
