Work hours and location: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Additional hours including evenings and weekends may be required on an occasional basis due to department projects. This position in on-site based at our Headquarters location.
Summary: The Support Services Assistant is responsible for helping to maintain the database of fixed assets, supplies, and forms inventory, and coordinating delivery of supplies requested by various Credit Union departments and branches. The position is also responsible for communicating with vendors regarding repairs and maintenance of Credit Union facilities. Additional duties include: assists in maintaining the function and appearance of the Credit Union buildings, systems, furnishings and fixtures; performs routine maintenance of areas common to the staff and members including lunchrooms and coffee supplies; delivers and picks up materials from suppliers and facilities as needed; maintains orderliness of the supply room and other storage, and assists mail clerk in various duties.
Requirements: Must have basic IT skills, strong organizational skills, be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb/descend stairs, operate basic office machinery, and be available to work extended hours when needed.
