About the Role:

The Laborer position is essential to supporting various operational and construction activities by performing physically demanding tasks that contribute to the successful completion of sports court coatings. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing and cleaning work sites, and handling materials and equipment safely and efficiently. The Laborer ensures that all tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards, maintaining a productive and hazard-free environment. By providing reliable support and demonstrating a strong work ethic, the Laborer helps to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills and gain experience in a dynamic work setting.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Weekly travel up to 80%.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or related labor-intensive roles.
