What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Performing general carpentry tasks on active jobsites
  • Reading and working from construction drawings
  • Operating hand tools and equipment safely
  • Assisting with layout, installation, and jobsite setup
  • Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards
  • Working alongside crews, superintendents, and project teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of construction or carpentry experience
  • Ability to read drawings and follow direction on-site
  • Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in the job
  • Strong safety mindset (OSHA 10 preferred)
  • Ability to work in all conditions (indoor/outdoor)
  • Comfortable lifting, climbing, and working on active jobsites


Bonus if you have:

  • Experience operating lifts or forklifts
  • Experience in pharma, industrial, or healthcare construction
  • Union experience
