Fence and Container Driver - Portable Sanitation


Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Home of over 720 employees in seven states, we offer driven individuals opportunities to earn more than just a paycheck!


A "Day in the Life":


As part of the Honey Bucket team, you'll be responsible for transporting, installing, and dismantling rental fencing, delivering and picking up containers, and servicing portable toilets as needed.


 We Offer:

  • Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
  • Wage Progression - Hourly wages increase according to the following union progression:
  1. Starting wage: $26.00 per hour
  2. After 12 months: $27.00 per hour
  3. After 18 months: $29.00 per hour - full scale
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. Some weekends and start times may vary based on business needs. 
  • 100% Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family.
  • Paid time-off and Teamsters Pension
  • On-the-job training and tuition reimbursement

Requirements

About the Role:


This active, hands-on position combines physical labor with minimal driving (30% of the time). You'll stay busy lifting, bending, and engaging with customers and locations where Honey Bucket services are in demand.


 Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a physically demanding role
  • Clean driving record & pass DOT.
  • Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
  • Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
  • Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with the public, follow traffic signs, and respond to official inquiries without assistance."


Training:


Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
