About this Role
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. This role serves as a trusted business partner by managing executive calendars, coordinating communications, organizing meetings and travel, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient operation of executive and departmental activities.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful professional with exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Success in this role requires outstanding attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment supporting leaders across the organization.
Salary Range: $78,000 - $95,000 based on experience
Travel: Up to 30% travel could be expected
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage complex executive schedules and prioritize competing business commitments.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership meetings, Board meetings (if applicable), and company events.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
  • Screen communications on behalf of executives, exercising professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and related documentation.
  • Assist with confidential reports, financial information, contracts, and strategic communications.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and departmental administrative activities.
  • Coordinate employee recognition events, leadership meetings, and company functions.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, employees, customers, vendors, and external business partners.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and strategic business activities.

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting executive-level leaders.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs.
  • Experience supporting leaders within construction, engineering, utilities, or project-based organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Viewpoint, or similar) is a plus.
