Job description

Salary: $30 per hour to $36 per hour

BEI Construction is seeking a Project Administrator to support our low voltage division. This position will provide support to multiple project management teams within the division. This position directly reports to our Administrative Manager and is located at our corporate office in Alameda, CA.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist with project timekeeping
  • Create and maintain project files
  • Assist with submittals
  • Obtain permits
  • Order insurance certificates
  • Assist with time & material purchasing, tracking, and billing
  • Assign subcontract agreements
  • Assist with closeout documentation
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills required
