Job description

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the IT Support Manager at our Farmington Hills location.
The ideal candidate:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform new user setup, password resets, profile updates, access changes, and account provisioning.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications and workstation equipment.
  • Support deployment of patches, updates, installations, and workstation lifecycle management.
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory controls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek a candidate with an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 2-4 years in IT support or help desk environment, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
