As Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help lead our back-of-house team, ensuring consistency, quality, and a culture of teamwork while delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

  • Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
  • Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
  • Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.

What You’ll Bring
