**Lead Bundle Mechanic

– Iberville

Pay:16.00 - 37.00/hr

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm / Monday - Friday**

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for aLead Bundle Mechanic

Responsibilities:

  • Plans layout of baffles.
  • Cut baffles using proper equipment.
  • Assembles tie rods and spacers on the bundle skeleton.
  • Hangs the stationary tube sheets, poke tubes into baffle assembly.
  • Rolls tubes placed into tube sheets and baffles.
  • Install the bundle into a shell if required.
  • Performs hydrostatic testing of assembled units.
  • Loads completed units onto flatbed trucks.
  • Makes tube hole ID records, hydro test results and dimensional records of exchangers.
  • Ensures all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Performs internal quality control by applying acceptable boilermaker standards.
  • Sets up and performs jobs based on shop practices and procedures.
