This includes handling membership records, organizing meetings, managing finances, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and supporting collective bargaining efforts. Union administrators play a key role in communication between union members and leadership, helping to maintain transparency and promote union goals. Their work ensures that the union operates efficiently and effectively advocates for its members.
