Full Time LPN | Day Shift

Coffee County Jail | Alabama
Day Shift | 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM
7 Days On / 7 Days Off | Wednesday to Thursday Rotation

Looking for a nursing position that gives you consistency, purpose, and plenty of time off? Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality healthcare to patients at the Coffee County Jail.

This is an opportunity to use your nursing skills in a structured environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

What You'll Do
  • Provide nursing care to patients within the correctional facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
  • Document care accurately and maintain complete medical records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, quality patient care
  • Follow facility policies, healthcare protocols, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Alabama
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous correctional healthcare experience is helpful, but not required
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and facility credentialing requirements
