Job description

As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. All employees must also submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.
Job Description:
The Public Health Department of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas is seeking a full-time RN to work in the Clinical Services Division. Primary work areas will be in Family Planning, STD/STI testing and treatment, Prenatal education/ Case Management and limited training in the immunization clinic. Training will be available for each of these areas as needed. Must be self-motivated, able to work with diverse client population, work in a team setting, and exercise good nursing judgment. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. 40-hour week M-F includes Wednesday evening clinic.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed to practice nursing in the state of Kansas.
Salary Range:
$27.54-$36.83/hr.
