This individual will play a critical role in supporting residential real estate transactions by delivering timely, practical legal guidance to our agents, customers, and escrow personnel. This opportunity is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and focuses on residential title underwriting. The Role in Brief (continued) A successful Residential Underwriting Counsel provides practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment while contributing directly to transaction success. This role requires a strong foundation in residential real estate transactions, title review, and underwriting practices, along with the ability to effectively manage risk while supporting business growth.
