NOW HIRING: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate
Ypsilanti, MI Full-Time Starting at $16/hour + Growth Opportunities

Underground Printing helps schools, nonprofits, retailers, universities, and brands bring their communities to life through custom apparel and merchandise. With over 250 team members and 173,000 square feet of production space, we are one of the largest screen printers in the country - and we're continuing to grow.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Shipping & Logistics team at our Ypsilanti production facility.
What You'll Do:
  • Make local deliveries using company vehicles
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Pull and organize orders for production and shipping
  • Receive, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and warehouse organization
  • Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
  • Communicate delivery updates and issues to the team
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and move boxes/products throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Warehouse, shipping, delivery, or inventory experience is a plus - but we will train the right person

Requirements
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of this job including lifting, pushing, pulling of products.
  • Ability to work independently and also function in a team environment.
  • This position requires punctuality, problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a related role. Experience with long-range deliveries is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess navigational skills to read directions, locate addresses within a designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to work on their feet all day, have the ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., and be able to work independently.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate delivery needs, including potential long-range deliveries and extended hours.
  • Must possess strong work ethic and ability to operate with limited supervision.
