Role Description: The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aledo, TX, offering a salary plus uncapped commission. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business with HVAC contractors, industrial clients, and related service providers, as well as growing existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, cold calling, and following up on leads; scheduling and conducting sales meetings; presenting ALFA CANTOR’s refrigerant buyback program; and explaining pricing, program benefits, and exchange processes. The Sales Representative will generate quotes, negotiate terms, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance against targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth cylinder exchanges and deliveries, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing ALFA CANTOR at industry events or meetings a

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales skills including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and closing deals, ideally in B2B or industrial markets.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in HVAC, refrigerants, industrial gases, or related technical products, with the ability to learn and explain program details clearly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present value propositions to diverse customers.
  • Organizational and time management skills, including managing a sales territory, prioritizing opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on integrity, responsiveness, and long-term business partnerships.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aledo, TX, travel within the assigned territory as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license.
