Raison d’être du poste Relevant du superviseur des opérations, le ou la titulaire du poste de stagiaire assembleur supporte l’équipe de production dans les activités d’assemblage, d’ajustement et d’inspection de composantes mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques. Sous la supervision de membres expérimentés de l’équipe, le stagiaire contribue aux opérations quotidiennes tout en développant ses connaissances des procédés de fabrication et des normes de qualité applicables. Responsabilités Participer à l’assemblage et à l’ajustement de composantes mécaniques, hydrauliques ou pneumatiques selon les dessins techniques, les procédures et les spécifications établies ; Assister à l’interprétation des dessins techniques et des instructions de fabrication afin de comprendre les exigences des produits ; Supporter l’équipe dans la préparation des composantes et des outils requis pour les travaux d’assemblage ; Vérifier la disponibilité des pièces, de la quincaillerie et des composantes nécessaires avant l’assemblage ; Effectuer des mesures dimensionnelles à l’aide d’instruments de précision (verniers, micromètres, etc.) sous supervision ; Participer aux essais de fonctionnement et aux inspections de qualité lorsque requis ; Contribuer au maintien de la conformité des produits en respectant les normes, procédures et exigences de qualité ; Participer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et proposer des pistes d’amélioration lorsque possible ; Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux normes en vigueur ; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe en soutien aux opérations. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and fitting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components according to engineering drawings, procedures, and established specifications. Assist in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing instructions to understand product requirements. Support the team in preparing components, materials, and tools required for assembly operations. Verify the availability of parts, hardware, and required components prior to assembly. Perform dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) under supervision. Participate in functional testing and quality inspections as required. Help ensure product conformity by following established quality standards, procedures, and specifications. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance work methods whenever possible. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards. Perform other related duties in support of production operations. Job RequirementsEducation Currently enrolled in a vocational (DEP) or college (DEC) program in Aircraft Structure and Component Assembly, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Hydraulics, Aircraft Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field. Technical Skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (asset). Interest in mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
