Job description

Manufacturing Production Opportunities

We are hiring multiple full-time manufacturing production employees for immediate openings at our Madison, WI facility.

No experience is required. Training is provided for all roles.

Current opportunities include:

  • Assemblers
  • Machine Operators

Applicants will be considered for both roles based on experience, availability, and hiring needs. You do not need to apply separately for each position.

Starting Pay

Assemblers

  • First Shift: $19.00/hour
  • Second Shift: $20.00/hour

Machine Operators

  • First Shift: $20.00/hour
  • Second Shift: $21.00/hour

Wages vary based on experience.

Schedule

  • First Shift: Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Second Shift: Monday–Thursday: 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM

What You’ll Do

Depending on assignment, work may include:

Assembler responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components using written instructions
  • Perform basic testing and inspection
  • Use small hand tools and fixtures
  • Package finished products
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in repetitive production tasks

Machine Operator responsibilities

  • Operate SMT, Wave, AOI, and coating equipment
  • Set up, run, and monitor production jobs
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and cleaning
  • Follow quality and production standards
  • Support production flow and troubleshooting

  • No experience required — training is provided
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a repetitive manufacturing environment
  • Reliability and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work on-site in Madison, WI
  • Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus, but not required
