Job description

Patient Registration Representative - Make a Meaningful First Impression.

Location: Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital Elmbrook.
Shifts Available:  
  • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Noon - 7:00 PM.
  • Week 1: Saturday 3:00pm -11:30pm.
  • Week 2: Thursday 1130am- 7:00pm.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
  • Learn and apply insurance and healthcare registration processes through comprehensive training.
  • Collaborate with a reliable, supportive team focused on your success and long‑term career growth at R1 RCM Inc.
