Job description

Automation Technician / Manufacturing Technician

Advanced Assembly, Inc. Is hiring an Automation Technician to support automated electronics manufacturing equipment at our Madison facility.

If you have experience or training in manufacturing, electronics, automotive technology, CNC, machine troubleshooting, industrial equipment, or electromechanical systems, we encourage you to apply.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Troubleshoot machine issues during production
  • Make machine adjustments and minor program changes
  • Support maintenance and repair activities
  • Monitor product quality and process consistency
  • Assist production teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Technical degree OR related hands-on experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
