• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients entering the detox center to evaluate their mental health and psychosocial needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s specific requirements and goals.
• Deliver compassionate individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring the safety and stability of patients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and modifications in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Regularly collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and addiction specialists, to ensure that care is holistic and comprehensive.
• Engage in clinical supervision and participate actively in staff meetings, contributing insights and updates on clinical best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and trends in mental health care, applying new knowledge to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems to document patient information and follow care protocols efficiently.

• Experience working with individuals facing substance use disorders or mental health challenges related to addiction recovery.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.
• Prior engagement in multi-disciplinary team environments and experience navigating complex care coordination.
