Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Reporting Analyst to support the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of reports, dashboards, and analytics within the UKG HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UKG reporting tools, HR data analysis, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insights and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards within the UKG Pro platform.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders.
  • Create ad hoc, scheduled, and regulatory reports to support business operations and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, data models, and reporting logic.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Validate report accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business teams to implement reporting enhancements.
  • Support system upgrades, testing activities, and new feature implementations.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide end-user training and support on reporting tools and best practices.
  • Monitor reporting performance and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:
  • 5 years of experience working with UKG Pro solutions.
  • Strong experience in UKG reporting tools, including standard reports, custom reports, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and reporting audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of UKG Pro reporting experience.

Preferred Skills:
