En Expleo buscamos un/a Líder Técnico/a en RPA (UiPath) para diseñar y coordinar soluciones innovadoras que transformen procesos en grandes compañías. Si tienes experiencia en UiPath, visión estratégica y habilidades de liderazgo, este es tu momento para dar el siguiente paso en tu carrera.


¿Qué harás en Expleo?
  • Diseñar arquitecturas RPA robustas y seguras utilizando UiPath (onPrem y Cloud).
  • Definir estándares, buenas prácticas y guías de desarrollo para el equipo.
  • Liderar la implementación de procesos robotizados end-to-end (análisis, diseño, desarrollo, pruebas, puesta en producción).
  • Coordinar y supervisar un equipo de 5 personas (desarrolladores y especialistas en monitorización).
  • Asignar tareas, dar seguimiento a avances y garantizar cumplimiento de plazos y KPIs.
  • Integrar RPA con sistemas internos (ERP, CRM, PowerPlatform, APIs).
  • Actuar como punto de escalado técnico para incidencias complejas.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de SLA, KPIs y políticas de seguridad corporativas.

Lo que te hará triunfar:
  • Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • +5 años en proyectos de automatización RPA.
  • Experiencia demostrable en UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights).
  • Experiencia liderando y coordinando equipos técnicos multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de integración con sistemas empresariales y APIs.
  • Nivel de inglés alto (comunicación fluida).
  • Certificación UiPath Advanced Developer o UiPath Solution Architect.
  • Valorable experiencia en sector asegurador.

Tecnologías y herramientas:

  • UiPath (onPrem y Cloud).
  • PowerAutomate (deseable).
  • Programación en Python para scripts y agentes.
  • Metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Herramientas: Jira, Confluence, Teams.
