Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Process Automation Sr Developer for their UiPath Automation Team to enhance customer experience through process improvements. The role involves analyzing business challenges, providing automation solutions, and supporting the UiPath RPA platform.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business challenges and recommend automation solutions using advanced technologies, primarily UiPath.
• Conduct root cause analysis, provide recommendations for process improvements, and monitor results using defined metrics.
• Provide Level 2 support for UiPath RPA bots running in production environments.
• Monitor and analyze logs from UiPath Orchestrator, robots, and queues to identify and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand automation logic and assist in debugging and optimizing workflows.
• Work with L1 support teams to ensure timely and accurate issue triaging.
• Manage and resolve incidents, alerts, exceptions, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate activities and communicate with impacted stakeholders as per incident management process.
• Investigate automation failures and perform initial root cause analysis before escalating to L3 development teams.
• Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
• Support UiPath platform upgrades, patches, server migrations, and enhancements in UAT before production deployment.
• Perform health checks on bots, orchestrator jobs, queues, and environments.
• Participate in change management and deployment activities (e.g., production validation, smoke testing).
• Ensure all activities are logged and tracked through ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions from developers and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development and support.
• Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in production environments.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• Exposure to Blue Prism RPA platform.
• Experience with automation performance monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
