Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / UiPath Developer to design, develop, and lead enterprise RPA automation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on UiPath expert who can actively build automations while also providing technical leadership, guiding best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote US-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Act as technical lead for UiPath projects, defining standards and best practices.
  • Hands-on development using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements.
  • Support the full RPA lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor junior UiPath developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production automation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
  • Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
