Job Overview
The Filler Operator plays a key role in executing assigned production tasks. This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for operating assigned filling equipment to include, setup, pre-start, startup, operation, shut down, and cleaning, following standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor production lines continuously to identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control inspections including visual checks for proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity to ensure products meet company specifications.
  • Maintain strict sanitation protocols by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work areas, and utensils according to FDA and company food safety requirements.
  • Document production data includes batch numbers, fill volumes, temperatures, and quality check results to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.

Min. Qualifications
  • GED or High School is preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is highly preferred
