Whether you are currently training for the pros or have already made your mark, we want your expertise on our floor to lead the next generation.

You are the catalyst for transformation. You will lead high-octane sessions for Scholastic athletes (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams. Your goal is to deliver the "D1 Way"-a world-class training experience rooted in sports science, high energy, and injury prevention.

The Game Plan
  • Lead the Floor: Conduct group workouts, 1-on-1 personal training, and team-specific sessions with precision and energy.
  • The Evaluation Process: Conduct assessments and goal-setting sessions to ensure every athlete is on the right program to win.
  • Injury Prevention: Prioritize proper biomechanics and technique to keep our athletes safe and on the field.
  • Professionalism: Be poised and professional when interacting with everyone from youth parents to professional athletes-delivering a 5-star experience to every person who walks in.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Strength & Conditioning experience in a group or team setting.
  • Credentials: Valid Personal Training Certification + AED/CPR/First Aid.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of speed and strength programming and the ability to adapt it for individual needs.
