At UFC GYM, we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof-from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and mindful Yoga Instructor to lead our members through engaging, safe, and results-driven sessions.
The Mission
As a Yoga Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you're leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective sessions that focus on breath, flexibility, and physical alignment. Whether members are looking for a high-intensity flow or a restorative recovery session, you'll help them find their center and reach their peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Class Excellence: Plan and deliver structured Yoga classes, incorporating safe, well-paced choreography and smooth transitions.
  • Education & Form: Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe workout for all fitness levels.
  • Community Connection: Welcome and orient new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment and sound systems are handled correctly.
  • Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.

What You Bring
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Yoga.
  • Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
  • Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
  • Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Yoga) is highly preferred.

Certifications
  • Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
  • Specialty format Yoga certification (RYT or equivalent).
  • CPR/AED certification.
