Carrier Minimum Qualifications:

•      Driver must be over 23 years old with 1-year current verifiable Class A Truck driving experience (Tractor-Trailer and or Tractor- Container/chassis)

•      Must have TWIC CARD in order to work at the port in Virginia

•      No DUI DWI in last 10 years

•      In last 5 years: No Reckless driving, Cell phone/texting while driving violations, Speeding in construction zone, No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.

•      No more than 2 at fault accidents in last 5 years

•      Must provide current DOT physical and report for DOT drug screen

•      PSP report must not contain any of the following: violating an OOS order, hazmat load securement or placarding violations, failure to secure container violation, 3 or more HOS OOS violations within the past 12 months
