Job description

CNA Position at UCLA Health

At UCLA Health, our love for our patients comes shining through during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Our nurses and care partners bring hope and healing to their patients through compassion, empathy, assurance, and the highest level of clinical expertise. If you have a passion for advancing nursing excellence, we invite you to join us.

In this role you will work within the CNA scope of practice, you will assist patients with admission procedures, during transfer procedures, with discharge procedures; provide for patients' personal hygiene; assist with patients' excretory needs, meals and in providing for patient safety and comfort measures. You may also provide clerical support to the designated unit.

This position floats to various units within the hospital locations below based on the patient census and the skills of the Administrative Clinical Care Partner/CNA/Staff:

  • Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center
  • UCLA Santa Monica
  • UCLA West Valley Medical Center

An ability to work efficiently and effectively with others, providing compassionate and cutting edge patient care while also contributing to the positive and collaborative team environment at UCLA Health is a must.

We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated professional with:
