UCHealth invites a full‑time, board‑eligible/board‑certified Family Medicine physician to join our clinic on Prospect Road in Fort Collins.

  • Phone‑only call shared among a large call group.
  • Enjoy 36 patient‑facing hours per week.
  • Care‑team model with RN and clinical MAs supporting in‑basket management.
  • Access to 40 specialties within UCHealth for collaborative patient care.
Qualifications
  • Board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine physician.
  • Visa sponsorship not available.

  • Annual pay range: $257,000 - $286,000 (possibility of quality/productivity bonus).
