Family Medicine – Physician – Prospect – Fort Collins, Colorado

UCHealth invites a full‑time, board‑eligible/board‑certified Family Medicine physician to join our clinic on Prospect Road in Fort Collins.

  • Enjoy 36 patient‑facing hours per week.
  • Care‑team model with RN and clinical MAs supporting in‑basket management.

Qualifications
  • Board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine physician.
