Job Description Supervise the switchboard operators, dispatchers, oversee daily functions; paging, emergency calls, monitor equipment, pager exchanges and on-call schedules. Maintain pager inventory and staffing schedule. Update facility directories annual.

Liaison with paging vendor. Additional duties as required. Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees daily operations of switchboard operators; dispatchers, paging, emergency calls, monitoring, on-call schedule and patient information Maintain staffing schedule & process payroll Maintain pager inventory & provide pager exchanges. Liaison with paging vendor Establish & enforce work standards & quality improvement goals Develop and maintain policies and procedures Evaluate staff's performance & provide feedback Interview candidates for openings and make hiring recommendations.

Oversee training of new hires & provide orientation Administer performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Update facility & staff directories annually Qualifications Education and Experience: Associate's degree APCO certified within 1 year of employment. Emergency Number Professionals (ENP) Certification within 1 year of employment. 1 year supervisory and experience in call-center environment.
