Are you an experienced Financial Advisor who is passionate about comprehensive financial planning and delivering high-quality advice? Are you looking for a professional, structured environment where you can focus on advising clients-without the pressure of cold calling or building your own book of business? Are you motivated by helping clients achieve meaningful financial outcomes through thoughtful guidance and planning? We're looking for someone like you that can provide advice and counsel to our Wealth Advice Center clients over the telephone.
We are looking for someone like you to:
• build and deepen relationships with an existing, assigned client base by delivering an exceptional, professional client experience
• work within a dedicated contact and assignment model, allowing you to focus on financial planning and advice-not cold calling or self-sourcing clients
• obtain your Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation-the standard of excellence in financial planning-through our tuition reimbursement program
• continue a successful advisory career within a growing wealth management business, offering strong earning potential and long-term career advancement
• deepen existing client relationships through structured discovery conversations and suitable investment recommendations
• provide advice within a dedicated, assigned client model, ensuring continuity, trust, and long-term relationship management
• identify opportunities to deliver more holistic financial planning solutions across a client's full financial picture
• promptly handle inbound referral calls and confidently advise clients based on their needs and goals
• manage all client appointments, follow-ups, and outreaches as assigned
• analyze complex financial situations using UBS's digital tools and financial planning resources
• lead financial planning conversations with professionalism, confidence, and credibility
• implement financial planning and investment solutions aligned to client goals
• adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements to protect clients and the firm

The team
The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch with locations in Weehawken, New Jersey; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a scalable, relationship-based service model.
Our team currently supports more than 200,000 clients nationwide. Clients are served by a team of over 400 dedicated professionals, including Financial Advisors and Team Associates, who work directly with clients-primarily over the phone-to understand their individual needs and help them make informed decisions in support of their long-term financial goals.
The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement and internal mobility to help guide your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees must commit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of three years before becoming eligible to transfer to another role internally
Your skills and experience
• ideally, 2+ years of Financial Advising experience, required
• experience working in an inbound and outbound phone-based advisory environment, preferred
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 65/63 licenses required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• a strong background in client service and professional client engagement
• highly professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• confident, composed, and effective in challenging or high-volume environments
• excellent listener with strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 75000 - max USD 100000
• United States - Minnesota - Minneapolis min USD 75000 - max USD 100000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
