Job description

About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world's largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink's standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

About The Role
We are looking for a technically minded, market-facing Strategy Lead to help define and scale Chainlink's next generation of products across Privacy, AI, and emerging Web3 technologies. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, you will work directly with early adopters to validate new product concepts, translate complex customer requirements into product direction, and drive 0-to-1 product adoption. This is a highly strategic, externally-facing role for someone who combines deep technical credibility with exceptional relationship management and commercial instincts, helping transform ambitious product bets into meaningful sources of customer adoption and long-term revenue.
Your Impact
  • Lead the market adoption strategy for emerging Chainlink product lines across Privacy, AI, and other strategic growth areas.
  • Build deep relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise customers to uncover market needs and shape product direction.
  • Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Leadership and Research to validate product-market fit and accelerate adoption of new capabilities.
  • Successfully onboard and support the first 50+ customers for Chainlink Privacy products, creating repeatable playbooks for broader GTM teams.
  • Develop and validate new AI Oracle and Agentic Skills use cases that unlock future growth opportunities.
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial opportunity.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture to launch new product initiatives.
  • Create market theses around emerging technologies, identifying high-conviction opportunities before they become mainstream.
  • Help establish new product lines that generate sustainable customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and long-term revenue.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience working closely alongside Product and Engineering teams to influence product development.
  • Proven ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into impactful product roadmaps.
  • Experience engaging directly with early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, or complex customer engagements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while independently developing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on technical background with the ability to read and understand code; previous software engineering or product management experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Requirements
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi, with the ability to engage credibly with highly technical customers.
  • Experience with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches is a strong advantage.
