Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) based in Netherlands.

This is an opportunity to join an established digital product and contribute to a mobile experience used by a global community.
You'll work on core product journeys including registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, engagement, and monetization.
The role combines hands-on Flutter development with a strong focus on analytics, performance, and measurable product outcomes.
You'll help evolve a production mobile application across both iOS and Android while supporting multiple brands and configurations.
The environment is remote-first and internationally distributed, with experienced professionals collaborating across cultures and time zones.
You'll work with modern Flutter architecture and tooling while contributing to a product where mobile quality and user engagement directly matter.
This role is well suited to an engineer who enjoys ownership, technical depth, and building scalable mobile experiences.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain core mobile product experiences across authentication and registration, search and discovery, profiles, photos, messaging, matching, and user engagement.
  • Analyze and improve key product funnels, including registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging engagement, and match or interest conversion.
  • Own and contribute to analytics for core mobile journeys, helping teams understand user behavior and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Monitor and improve platform-specific capabilities such as push notifications, deep links, and real-time features.
  • Analyze mobile advertising and in-app purchase revenue metrics and support initiatives designed to improve monetization performance.
  • Support compliance-related analytics and functionality, including consent management, age verification, and user verification.
  • Build and evolve production Flutter applications for both iOS and Android using maintainable, scalable architecture.
  • Contribute to multi-flavor and white-label application delivery, including brand-specific configurations, assets, store identifiers, and Firebase environments.
  • Develop automated tests across unit and widget levels and help maintain high standards of reliability and code quality.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders in a fully remote international environment.
Requirements
  • Strong professional experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x, including experience delivering and maintaining production applications for both iOS and Android.
  • Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture, including separation between UI, domain/use cases and repositories, and framework layers.
  • Hands-on experience with BLoC and Provider, as well as GetIt for dependency injection and GoRouter for navigation.
  • Experience working with Dio for networking and immutable data models using code generation tools such as built_value or similar technologies.
  • Experience building and shipping multi-flavor or white-label mobile applications, including per-brand configurations, assets, store IDs, and Firebase setups.
  • Practical experience writing automated tests, particularly unit and widget tests; familiarity with bloc_test or BDD-style testing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, maintainability, and production development practices.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using product data and user behavior to improve mobile experiences and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
  • Fluent Russian and B2-level English communication skills.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time working opportunity.
  • Competitive compensation, with the initial salary level or range shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before employment begins.
  • 28 calendar days of vacation per year.
  • 7 wellness days annually for personal needs, recovery, or household matters without requiring sick leave.
  • Employee referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful recommendations.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and industry events.
  • Corporate discounts for English language lessons.
  • Health support of up to $1,000 gross per year per employee where corporate medical insurance is unavailable, which can be used toward private health insurance or eligible medical expenses for employees and close relatives.
  • Workplace support, including equipment and coworking resources; employees working outside company-supported locations can receive up to $1,000 gross every three years toward home-office or coworking expenses.
  • Internal gamified recognition program where colleagues can award bonuses redeemable for merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other rewards.
  • International, remote-first working environment with opportunities to collaborate with professionals across different countries and cultures.
