RNR Tire Express started as a family business over 20 years ago in a small shop located in Tampa, Florida. Since then, we have grown to over 160 stores across 26 states and continue to open more locations across the country each year. Sales Representative Summary: We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that will meet or exceed sales and margin budget goals by obtaining new accounts while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Guides clients through a prescribed sales presentation.
  • Responsible for conducting 25-35 sales presentations per week.
  • Logs calls, update opportunities, and submits orders.
  • Required 50-75 outbound calls per week entailing follow ups, client check ins, and special projects.
  • Responsible for weekly meetings with managers, reviews, and team sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

Requirements:

COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and communication skills.
  • A successful candidate will also possess knowledge sourcing new sales opportunities and understanding customer needs.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate clearly and concise while demonstrating active listening skills. Ability to speak professionally and effectively to potential customers.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, decimals, and percentages to calculate taxes and sales receipts.


REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.


COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry standard software.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of Sales experience required.
  • Must be able to multi-task at a high level.
  • Must be able to prospect new customers through varies channels.
  • Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, grasping with hands, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
