Travel Registered Nurse โ€“ Emergency Department (ER) | Variable Shift
 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment at UCSF Medical Center โ€“ Parnassus Campus. This is a high-acuity, quaternary care environment providing advanced emergency care for complex medical, cardiac, neurological, and psychiatric conditions.
 

Assignment Details
  • Shift: 12-Hour Variable (Days/Nights)
    • Day: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM
    • Night: 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:30 AM
  • Block Scheduling: Not Available
  • Weekend Requirement: As assigned
  • Floating: Required across UCSF facilities
  • On-Call: Not Required
  • Travel Experience: Required (previous travel assignment mandatory)
Minimum Qualifications (FIRM REQUIREMENTS)
  • Active California RN License
  • BSN Required
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Ability to float to other UCSF facilities
Required Certifications
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS

  • PALS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Level I Trauma Center experience
  • Continuous IV sedation experience
