Commercial Roofer - Service Department



Eskola, LLC - Morristown, Tennessee  |  Full-Time  |  $20.00 - $24.00 / hour  (Based on Qualifications & Experience)


Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. 

We are looking for a hardworking, safety-conscious Service Roofer to join our Morristown, Tennessee team!  You will help install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems - flat, metal, and membrane (TPO, PVC, EPDM) - while working alongside an experienced crew.


What You Will Do


  • Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems
  • Inspect roofs to identify damage and maintenance needs
  • Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and service calls
  • Use hand and power tools to safely complete roofing tasks
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety policies
  • Work closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects on track



What We Are Looking For


  • Roofing or construction experience preferred, not required
  • Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel and work out of town
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening


Preferred Skills & Certifications


  • 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
