Commercial Roofing Service Foreman



Eskola, LLC - Lexington, Kentucky  |  Full-Time  |  $26.00 - $34.00 / hour  (Based on Qualifications & Experience)


Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. 

We are looking for a looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Lexington, Kentucky market. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.


What You Will Do


  • Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations
  • Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems
  • Train and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountability
  • Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendors
  • Work closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and Regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on schedule



What We Are Looking For


  • 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
  • Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening


Preferred Skills & Certifications


  • Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card
  • Aerial lift and/or forklift certification
  • First Aid, CPR & AED certification
