We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us. POSITION SUMMARY:The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing proper and efficient food service & concessions operations during all events hosted at the venue. They work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure operational standards are met during all events, including prior to, during, and after all scheduled events.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Confirm all food and supply inventory before each event Restock items while open to prevent running out of products during an event Manage the daily operations of the concession stand while open Always follow all appropriate local and state health department rules & regulations including safe food handling procedures Maintain clean and functioning kitchens throughout the facility including proper food handling requirements and appropriate food storage temperatures Assist with food orders to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained for daily / weekly eventsSupervise Part Time Team Members to ensure proper handling of food, products, & equipment Effectively trains and develops Part Time Concessions Team Members with a strong focus on execution, service, and continuous improvement Assists with the coaching and recognition of Team Members Ensure proper signed paperwork is kept updated on all Team MembersFill-in and assist Food & Beverage Team Members as needed Provides excellent service to all members & guests daily Completes other duties as assigned by Director of OperationsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:ServSafe Certification is preferred. Required within 90 days of hireWeekend and evening availability is required 1-3 years' experience in high-volume Food & Beverage environment Proven success leading Food & Beverage shifts in terms of quality, operational efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and performance Experience and success in providing excellent customer serviceAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience or general knowledge in high volume Food & Beverage operations Strong planning and organizational skillsRequires excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be detail-oriented Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environmentMust be able to work under pressure and be decisiveAbility to prioritizeWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in outside weather conditionsMust wear proper uniformFacility has intermittent noise
