Role Summary
The Associate Director, U.S. VOXZOGO Marketingwill play a key leadership roleon the teamand will help drive brand strategy and market execution.The brand is at a critical stage in its lifecycle,withcompetition entering the marketas well asnear-termpotentialfor a new indication.
This role requires strong leadership across internal teams-including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Corporate Communications-as well as externalstakeholderssuch healthcare professionals and agency partners.

Minimumrequirements
  • BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ yearsofexperienceinpharma/biotechcommercialrolesand driving success inin competitive markets
  • Experience working with creative agencies, promotional review team (medical, regulatory, legal)and others to develop, deploy,measureandoptimizemarketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong communicationskills, ability to tell a compelling story and interact with senior leaders
  • Success interacting at all levels of a matrixedorganization
  • Strong senseof accountability anddemonstratedability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

The salary range for this position is: $164,300to $225,940. BioMarin considers a variety of factors whendeterminingbase compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
