Job description

Job Details:

Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible SaturdaysHours - times vary per line you work Pay - 16.70/hr. --- *Tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks*
This position is responsible for but not limited to:
  • Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
  • Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
  • Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
  • Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
  • Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
  • Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
  • Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination.
  • Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
Requirements:
  • There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
  • Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
  • This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
  • Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
