Job description

Description

Team: Investing

Please note that applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

A Little Bit About Us: You might know us from our founder and CEO, Dave Ramsey, who’s given no-nonsense money advice on the radio since 1992. Three decades later, Ramsey Solutions is a household name in personal finance, with a mission to change the toxic money culture for good.

Our Mission: Ramsey Solutions provides biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life.

Here’s a Taste of Our Benefits:

  • Health insurance (includes plans eligible for an HSA—with a company match up to $500!)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match/company contribution
  • Annual wellness, counseling and grocery membership reimbursement
  • On-campus cafe with subsidized pricing for breakfast, lunch and coffee bar
  • Dependent care FSA
  • Tons of cultural activities, like weekly devotional, leadership development courses, Battle of the Bands, and one epic Christmas party!

Where and How You’d Work:

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Graphic Designer II, you'll create engaging visual content that helps people better understand investing and make more informed financial decisions. Working on our Investing team, you'll partner with writers, marketers, video producers, product teams, and investing experts to bring educational content to life through thoughtful, compelling design.

This role is focused on visual communication. You'll use graphic design, illustration, layout, typography, and visual storytelling to make complex investing topics easier to understand across blogs, educational web pages, videos, social media, email, downloadable resources, and interactive tools. You'll contribute creative ideas, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help ensure every visual experience is clear, engaging, and aligned with our mission of helping people invest with confidence.

If you're energized by creating educational investing content, simplifying complex ideas through design, and collaborating with others to create meaningful customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 3–5 years of professional graphic or digital design experience creating content across web, social media (Meta, YouTube, etc.), email, digital ads, and other digital channels.
  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design excellence, visual storytelling, motion graphics, educational content, or information design.
  • You're highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • You have experience creating digital assets such as blog graphics, infographics, social media graphics, email assets, web page designs, digital ads, downloadable PDFs, and video motion graphics.
  • You excel at using graphic design, typography, layout, illustration, and visual hierarchy to make complex information easy to understand.
  • You're comfortable designing for a variety of digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
  • You enjoy collaborating with writers, marketers, product partners, video producers, and subject matter experts to create quality visual experiences.
  • You're comfortable contributing creative ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with stakeholders to increase engagement and conversion for our investing content.
  • You're passionate about using design to educate, inform, and help people feel more confident about their financial future. (Investing or Financial Services experience is a plus!)

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Creating visually engaging content that makes investing concepts easier to understand and more approachable.
  • Serving as the visual design expert on cross-functional teams, helping elevate educational content through thoughtful, engaging design.
  • Designing high-quality digital assets across blogs, educational web pages, videos, social media, email, digital ads, downloadable resources, and interactive tools.
  • Bringing investing education to life through compelling graphic design that builds trust and confidence.
  • Collaborating effectively with writers, marketers, product teams, video teams, and investing experts to deliver cohesive, customer-centered experiences.
  • Continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of visual content through collaboration, creativity, and customer insights.
  • Delivering thoughtful, polished creative work that helps people engage with investing resources and confidently take their next step.

Other Stuff to Know:

We’re looking for people who are passionate about our mission. This isn’t just a J-O-B. We experience resistance every day because what we believe is absolutely countercultural. We actually hate debt. We actually cut up our credit cards . . . like, for real. Some of us are still fighting our way out of debt, but we aren’t going back. If you don’t know much about Ramsey Solutions and our founder, Dave Ramsey, we encourage you to download the Ramsey Network mobile app and consume our content.

If Ramsey Solutions sounds like a workplace where you can get excited about Mondays, apply today. We can’t wait to hear from you!
