Position Summary
The Digital Media Intern - Video Production will support the creation of dynamic, engaging video content for the Knoxville Ice Bears across social media, digital platforms, and in-game use. Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Assist in producing hype videos, promotional spots, and sponsored content
- Capture video footage at team events, community appearances, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Collaborate with the marketing and game presentation teams to develop creative content ideas
- Prepare and format video assets for in-arena use on game days
- Organize and maintain video files, footage libraries, and project timelines
- Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and emerging content formats
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Video Production, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects and Photoshop a plus)
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (editing and/or color grading preferred)
- Basic understanding of camera operation, composition, and audio capture
- Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video trends
