Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) โ€” Contract (6โ€“12 Months)


We are hiring Bilingual CSRs fluent in Spanish and English for a 6โ€“12 month contract across Houston and Austin locations.


Candidates must pass a pre-submission assessment (Typing, Spanish, and Math) with 80% or higher.


Role

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat in English and Spanish, resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, and meet quality and productivity metrics.


Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (bilingual required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; call center/CSR experience preferred
  • Strong typing speed/accuracy; comfortable with basic office tools
  • Reliable attendance; able to work assigned shifts onsite
