Deine Aufgaben
  • Rapid Prototyping & Shipping: Mit Tools wie Claude Code oder Cursor innerhalb von Stunden funktionierende Prototypen bauen, Evals durchführen sowie Latenz- und Token-Kosten analysieren und Features direkt produktiv bringen.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Features aus User-Feedback und Hypothesen entwickeln, ohne klassische PRDs. Du validierst über echte Nutzung und übernimmst Verantwortung von Idee bis Deployment.
  • AI-native Backend-Entwicklung: Skalierbare Go-Services entwickeln (REST, gRPC, Microservices) und gleichzeitig RAG-Systeme, Memory und Agent-Workflows integrieren.
  • Fullstack-Umsetzung mit TypeScript: Entwicklung und Integration moderner Frontends oder Services mit TypeScript, insbesondere für schnelle Iterationen und AI-getriebene Interfaces.
  • Generative UI & Agentic Interfaces: Dynamische Interfaces mit AI-first Ansätzen entwickeln und mit Design-as-Code arbeiten (z. B. DESIGN.md, Tailwind + AI).
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Design und Foundern in einer flachen Hierarchie, in der jeder baut und Verantwortung übernimmt.
  • Velocity-Driven Kultur: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Geschwindigkeit und Qualität mit klarem Fokus auf Output statt Abstimmung.

Dein Profil
  • Sehr gute bis exzellente Go-Kenntnisse (Backend, APIs, Concurrency, Performance, Architektur).
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in TypeScript, idealerweise im Fullstack-Kontext.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit modernem AI-Tooling wie Claude, Cursor, LangChain, LlamaIndex oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Starkes Verständnis von AI-System-Design (RAG, Agents, Evaluation, Cost & Latency Management).
  • Erfahrung mit logistischen Prozessen, z. B. Warehouse Management, Fulfillment oder Supply Chain, sowie die Fähigkeit, diese in Software abzubilden.
  • Ausgeprägtes Produktdenken mit der Fähigkeit, User-Probleme in konkrete, messbare Features zu übersetzen und zu priorisieren.
  • Du denkst wie ein Product Builder und nicht wie ein klassischer PM oder reiner Entwickler.
  • Du hast den Anspruch, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und durch bessere Ansätze zu ersetzen.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Ownership-Mentalität, du wartest nicht auf Freigaben.
  • Du lernst schnell und bewegst dich sicher in einem sich ständig verändernden technologischen Umfeld.
