Practice Details:

Practice Setting: Clinic & OR
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Commitment: 1 year or longer preferred
Call: No call coverage
Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 1 Office Staff
Supervision: APP supervision required

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

  • At least 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months reflecting requested privileges, or completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
