Job Title: Customer Support Representative II

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 24 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Johnston, IA 50131

Schedule:

  • Onsite (5 days/week)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
  • Shift options: 7:00-3:30 | 8:00-4:30 | 9:00-5:30 | 10:30-7:00

Job Summary:

  • Provide technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support dealers and customers with software, connected equipment, and precision agriculture products.
  • Document cases in the case management/CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve escalations.
  • Create and maintain online support documentation.

Products Supported:
JDLink, Operations Center, Apex Farm Management, GreenStar Displays, StarFire Receivers, AutoTrac, Mobile Apps, Machine Guidance, JDLink Terminals, Dashboard, and other ISG products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Customer Service or Technical Support experience
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CRM or case management systems
  • Data management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and occasional holidays

Preferred:

  • Agriculture or Precision Farming knowledge
  • Experience supporting agriculture equipment or dealer networks
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

Training:

  • Approximately 6 weeks (8:00 AM-4:30 PM shift)
  • 3-4 months to reach full productivity
