JOB SUMMARYย
The Market Specialist supports sales execution across the on-premise channel in Northern California primarily focused in the San Francisco Bay Area region. This position is responsible for lead selling including key account headquarter calls and assisting with distributor management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a background in distributor/account management, program execution, and beverage alcohol. The role will require routine travel within assigned markets, specifically between multiple wholesalers and high-volume accounts. This candidate must live in the San Franciscoย Bay Area region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSย
- Leadย selling andย keyย account managementย within assigned geography.ย
- Responsible for building relationships withย execution and field levelย distributorย management. Establishย optimalย business rhythm at all levels withinย the distributorย network.ย
- Collaborate with TWG National Account teams โ (On Premise Chains) to maximize National/Regional accounts.ย
- Schedule and lead effectiveย distributorย generalย sales meetings.ย
- Introduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in best practices.ย
- Assist withย National Field Surveysย โย localย scheduling and execution.ย
- State level FSO scorecard performance.ย
- Ensureย TWGย new itemย & monthly retail priority execution is being achieved.ย
- Manage assigned budgets including incentives, samples, demos and tastings,ย travel andย entertainment and other departmental expenses.ย
- Administrative responsibilities include wholesaler inventory management, monthly CPR, phasing calendar, working key account list, and relevant travel and entertainment expenses weekly.ย
- Assistย in the executionย ofย salesย strategy, pricing, andย key initiativesย forย all assigned salesย channels.ย
- Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state and company policies/law.ย
- Additionalย responsibilities as assigned byย the State Manager.ย

- Position includes travel toย work with distributors, survey markets within region andย attendย various industry and/or company events.ย
- Mustmaintaina clean driving record and meet minimum state insurance requirements.ย
COMPENSATIONย
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $70,304 - $102,828.ย
- Actual compensation will be based on factors such asย experience,ย skills, knowledge, and abilities,ย education, and other position-related factors.ย
