Job description

Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.

We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in. Portland, OR. We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based care to patients 18 years and older. This role will manage their own primary care panel..

Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon, and 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.

Position details:

  • Full-time or Part-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)

  • Flexible schedule (4 days/week)

  • 100% outpatient; shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only)

  • Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible

  • Compensation is a Production model

  • New clinicians have a 1-year guaranteeof $145,000with upsideearning potential
